Han Park
Han Park is a professor of political science and director of the Center for the Study of Global Issues at University of Georgia. During the 1990s, Professor Park worked to improve the relationship between South Korea and North Korea. He has served as an expert analyst for CNN International, PBS and ABC-TV News. Professor Park is the founder and president of Uniting Families, a non-profit humanitarian organization that helps to unite North Korean and South Korean families separated during the Cold War. He has been instrumental in reuniting several hundred families in that area of northeast Asia since 1985.
